Talwinder Sidhu (Tal), BA, CYT-500 Yoga Teacher Training, TQUK Level 3 - Psychology, TQUK Level 2 - Understanding Autism, Author of the bestseller ‘Meditate: Breathe into meditation and awaken your potential.’

My name is Tal, and I’m a meditation teacher based between Berkshire, UK and British Columbia, Canada.

I work with busy people whose minds rarely switch off, professionals, parents, creatives, fitness-minded individuals, and neurodivergent thinkers who want calm, clarity, and better sleep but struggle to make meditation stick on their own.

My approach to meditation is practical, structured, and results-focused. I teach meditation as a skill you can learn, not a talent you either have or don’t. Most people don’t struggle because they “can’t meditate” they struggle because no one has shown them how to do it in a way that fits real life.

I was introduced to meditation as a child and have spent a lifetime practising, studying, and teaching it. To complement my meditation teaching, I also completed my CYT-500 Yoga Teacher Training, deepening my understanding of breath, body awareness, and nervous system regulation, all of which play an important role in how I guide students into stillness.

Over the years, I’ve taught thousands of students through classes, private sessions, workshops, and retreats, and I’m the author of two bestselling books on meditation. I also hold a TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Autism, which allows me to make my teaching especially accessible for neurodivergent minds, including those with autism and ADHD.

People often come to me because they:

  • feel constantly “on” and can’t switch off at night

  • want to reduce stress and anxiety without medication or mysticism

  • struggle to sit still or quiet their thoughts

  • want clearer thinking, steadier emotions, and better focus

  • need guidance that feels calm, structured, and easy to follow

My teaching is not spiritual, religious, or performative. It’s grounded, simple, and designed to help you build a meditation practice that becomes a natural part of your week — something you rely on, not something you avoid.

Meditation, when taught clearly, becomes a powerful tool for regulating your nervous system, improving sleep, reducing stress, and creating space for clearer thinking and better decisions.

That’s what I help you learn.
