Talwinder Sidhu (Tal), BA, CYT-500 Yoga Teacher Training, TQUK Level 3 - Psychology, TQUK Level 2 - Understanding Autism, Author of the bestseller βMeditate: Breathe into meditation and awaken your potential.β
My name is Tal, and Iβm a meditation teacher based between Berkshire, UK and British Columbia, Canada.
I work with busy people whose minds rarely switch off, professionals, parents, creatives, fitness-minded individuals, and neurodivergent thinkers who want calm, clarity, and better sleep but struggle to make meditation stick on their own.
My approach to meditation is practical, structured, and results-focused. I teach meditation as a skill you can learn, not a talent you either have or donβt. Most people donβt struggle because they βcanβt meditateβ they struggle because no one has shown them how to do it in a way that fits real life.
I was introduced to meditation as a child and have spent a lifetime practising, studying, and teaching it. To complement my meditation teaching, I also completed my CYT-500 Yoga Teacher Training, deepening my understanding of breath, body awareness, and nervous system regulation, all of which play an important role in how I guide students into stillness.
Over the years, Iβve taught thousands of students through classes, private sessions, workshops, and retreats, and Iβm the author of two bestselling books on meditation. I also hold a TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Autism, which allows me to make my teaching especially accessible for neurodivergent minds, including those with autism and ADHD.
People often come to me because they:
feel constantly βonβ and canβt switch off at night
want to reduce stress and anxiety without medication or mysticism
struggle to sit still or quiet their thoughts
want clearer thinking, steadier emotions, and better focus
need guidance that feels calm, structured, and easy to follow
My teaching is not spiritual, religious, or performative. Itβs grounded, simple, and designed to help you build a meditation practice that becomes a natural part of your week β something you rely on, not something you avoid.
Meditation, when taught clearly, becomes a powerful tool for regulating your nervous system, improving sleep, reducing stress, and creating space for clearer thinking and better decisions.
Thatβs what I help you learn.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: I am not a therapist, doctor, or counsellor. I do not offer medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. My work is for education, reflection, and personal development. It is not a replacement for therapy, medical treatment, or crisis support. If it becomes clear in our work that you need therapeutic or emergency support, I will encourage you to reach out to appropriate services. You deserve that level of care.
