No. All classes are beginner-friendly and clearly guided. You’ll be told exactly what to do throughout. Though I recommend starting with meditation basics if you’re worried.

Yes, absolutely! This is one of the most common reasons people attend and you’ll learn some tools and techniques to help with this.

You can sit against a wall, lie down, or bring cushions/low seating (e.g. bean bags) so you’re comfortable. Just ensure that what you bring will not scratch the studio floor.
General tip: Ensure your hips are seated above your knees, as sitting cross-legged on the floor is challenging.

No. General classes are practical, grounded, and focused on stress reduction, sleep, focus, and emotional regulation.

A cushion, a blanket if you like to stay warm, and anything you need to sit comfortably. Some yoga mats and blocks are available.

Comfortable clothing you can relax in. No special clothing required.

You arrive, settle in, and are guided step-by-step through the meditation.
At the end, you’re gently brought back and can ask questions if you wish.

Doors close when class begins to protect the calm environment. Late entry is not permitted.
