Welcome to Truth Seeking Meditation. By booking or attending a class, workshop, private session, or retreat, you agree to the following terms.

Nature of Services
All classes, workshops, private sessions, and retreats are provided for educational and wellbeing purposes only.
Meditation sessions are designed to support relaxation, focus, emotional regulation, and personal awareness. They are not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional healthcare.
Nothing taught or shared during sessions should be interpreted as medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health condition, you should seek guidance from an appropriate qualified professional.
Personal Responsibility
By attending, you acknowledge that:
You are responsible for your own physical and mental wellbeing during sessions.
You will practise within your own comfort and limits.
You will inform the teacher of any relevant health conditions that may affect your participation.
You participate at your own discretion and risk.
Suitability
Meditation classes are suitable for most people. However, if you have a serious mental health condition, recent trauma, or medical concerns, please consult a professional before attending.
Talwinder Sidhu and Truth Seeking Meditation reserves the right to refuse participation if it is believed a session may not be suitable for you.
Class Environment
The studio is a calm, respectful space. By attending, you agree to follow the studio guidance provided regarding arrival, conduct during class, and departure, so all participants can practise undisturbed.
Bookings and Payments
All bookings and class passes must be paid for in advance via the booking system.
Class passes and memberships are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (Yoga-Standard)
You may cancel or reschedule a class up to 24 hours before the start time without penalty.
Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your pass or charged in full.
Workshops and retreats require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation.
Private sessions require 24 hours’ notice.
This policy exists to protect limited class spaces and the sustainability of the studio.
Late Arrival
Doors close at the start of class. Late entry is not permitted, as it disrupts the environment for others.
Studio Property and Safety
You are responsible for any personal belongings brought into the studio. Talwinder Sidhu and Truth Seeking Meditation is not liable for loss or damage.
You agree to bring suitable seating or cushions as outlined in studio guidance.
Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talwinder Sidhu and Truth Seeking Meditation is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in classes, workshops, private sessions, or retreats.
Changes to Schedule
Truth Seeking Meditation reserves the right to change teachers, class times, or cancel sessions if necessary. Where possible, notice will be given.
Agreement
By booking or attending a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
