New Meditation Classes in Swallowfield
If life feels busy, loud, or mentally demanding, you’re not alone. Many people in and around Berkshire are juggling work, family, responsibilities, and constant stimulation, often without much space to properly rest or reset.
This spring, I’m opening Truth Seeking Meditation, a new meditation offering based at the TRX Clubhouse inside the Farley Hall Equestrian Centre, Swallowfield, designed specifically for people who want a calm, practical way to slow down and feel more balanced.
A different approach to meditation
Meditation is often misunderstood. Many people try it through apps or videos, feel frustrated, and assume they’re “bad at it.” In reality, most people were simply never shown how to meditate in a clear, structured way.
My approach is practical, grounded, and accessible. There’s no pressure to be spiritual, no expectation to “clear your mind,” and no need for prior experience. Instead, classes focus on understanding how the nervous system works, how attention settles, and how regular practice can support better sleep, reduced stress, and clearer thinking.
Classes for real life
Classes at Truth Seeking Meditation are designed for real people with real lives. Whether you’re new to meditation or returning after time away, you’ll find a calm, predictable environment with clear guidance throughout.
Current offerings include:
Meditation Basics – a four-class cycle that teaches the foundations of meditation step by step, ideal for beginners or those who struggle to switch their mind off.
Guided Practice – a weekly, fully guided meditation session for those who want to build consistency and experience the benefits of regular practice without pressure.
Classes are small, inclusive, and neurodivergent-friendly, with space to adjust posture, ask questions, and go at a pace that feels right for you.
Why Swallowfield?
Swallowfield Equestrian Centre offers a quiet, grounded setting that naturally supports stillness and focus. The TRX Clubhouse provides a warm, welcoming space away from the noise of town centres, yet remains easily accessible from nearby villages such as Riseley, Mortimer, Shinfield, Arborfield, and Wokingham.
About the teacher
I’m Tal, a meditation teacher with a lifetime of personal practice and over a decade of teaching experience. I’ve trained extensively in meditation and yoga (CYT-500) and have written books and courses on meditation for beginners and busy minds.
Truth Seeking Meditation grew out of my own need for clarity and steadiness during times of change and loss. It’s a practice I trust because I’ve relied on it myself and one I now share with others in a way that feels grounded, honest, and supportive.
Classes starting soon
Meditation classes in Swallowfield begin March 3rd, with bookings now open. If you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply curious about meditation but unsure where to start, you’re warmly invited to join.
You don’t need to be calm already. You just need a place to begin.
